Georgina Kincaid has been a bad, bad succubus...
…which should be a good thing. But lately, thanks to her foul mood over breaking up with bestselling writer Seth Mortensen, she’s been so wicked that Seattle’s über-demon Jerome, decides to “outsource” Georgina to a rival—and have her spy for him in the process.
Being exiled to the frozen north—okay, Vancouver—and leaving Seth in the cozy clutches of his new girlfriend is unpleasant enough. Then Jerome is kidnapped, and all immortals under his control mysteriously lose their powers. One bright spot: with her life-sucking ability gone, there’s nothing to keep Georgina from getting down and dirty with Seth—nothing apart from his girlfriend that is. Now, as the supernatural population starts turning on itself, a newly mortal Georgina must rescue her boss and figure out who’s been playing them—or all hell will break loose…

My thoughts and ramblings for the book... It's full of spoilers!!!
At first I was a bit surprised by the pairings in the beginning of the book. Everything was very different from how things ended in the previous book. I also wanted for Georgina to be a little bit more cruel to Seth seeing as what he did... I am not impressed by him in this book. Good he loves her and he broke up with her for a good reason but starting to date Maddie literally the next day, sleeping with her in the first place was wrong... that was just awful. Then he went and cheated on her( okay that was partly Georgie's fault but it doesn't excuse him). No wonder he's going to Hell...
I wasn't surprised by Georgina's demeanor, I actually thought she was going to be much more bitchier to Seth.
Roman wasn't exactly a surprise either. I had a feeling about him showing up. It was the right time I guess...
I also had a feeling that there's something wrong about Dante. I like him, he's strange but I liked him. That feeling showed up when he started giving Georgina gifts but even then I wasn't sure.
Again there weren't enough Carter and Jerome( the second is for obvious reasons but still..). Carter's presence was a little bit more this time which I loved.
The whole plot is amazing. The idea of the book was great and the way it was written was even better. And the ending was sweet... I wonder if the dream could come true and if Roman's going to be the men in it, I'll just have to read the next book to see what happens.
Richelle Mead has this way to hook you up on a story and you are helpless against it. I love the series more and more after every book I read. The word around it is compelling and right now I'm happy that I waited for the last book to come out to start reading the series. I have two more books to read now and I don't know what I was going to do if I had to wait for one. I'm starting the next one right away.
