Waiting on Wednesday (11)

Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted at Breaking the Spine, that spotlights upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating.

Pushing the Limits by Katie McGarry
Expected publication: July 31st 2012
Harlequin Teen

Synopsis:
"I won't tell anyone, Echo. I promise." Noah tucked a curl behind my ear. It had been so long since someone touched me like he did. Why did it have to be Noah Hutchins? His dark brown eyes shifted to my covered arms. "You didn't do that-did you? It was done to you?" No one ever asked that question. They stared. They whispered. They laughed. But they never asked.

So wrong for each other...and yet so right.

No one knows what happened the night Echo Emerson went from popular girl with jock boyfriend to gossiped-about outsider with "freaky" scars on her arms. Even Echo can't remember the whole truth of that horrible night. All she knows is that she wants everything to go back to normal. But when Noah Hutchins, the smoking-hot, girl-using loner in the black leather jacket, explodes into her life with his tough attitude and surprising understanding, Echo's world shifts in ways she could never have imagined. They should have nothing in common. And with the secrets they both keep, being together is pretty much impossible.Yet the crazy attraction between them refuses to go away. And Echo has to ask herself just how far they can push the limits and what she'll risk for the one guy who might teach her how to love again.

I've been seeing this one around the blog-sphere for quite a while now and I've got to say that it sounds amazing. I have a good feeling about it and I think it's going to be a very interesting and addictive book. I'll have to wait for a while to get it of course to find out but I hope it's good.

Reflected in You by Sylvia Day
(Crossfire, #2)
 Expected publication: October 2nd 2012
Penguin Group (USA)

Synopsis:
Gideon Cross. As beautiful and flawless on the outside as he was damaged and tormented on the inside. He was a bright, scorching flame that singed me with the darkest of pleasures. I couldn't stay away. I didn't want to. He was my addiction... my every desire... mine.

My past was as violent as his, and I was just as broken. We'd never work. It was too hard, too painful... except when it was perfect. Those moments when the driving hunger and desperate love were the most exquisite insanity.

We were bound by our need. And our passion would take us beyond our limits to the sweetest, sharpest edge of obsession..

I just recently (like a few days ago) finished reading Bared to You and I absolutely loved it. I actually posted my review of the book yesterday. See it here.  I am really looking forward to this one because I can't wait to see what happens to Gideon and Eva. With how things ended I'm not sure what to expect but I hope it's at least as good as book one.

Leave me a comment with your WOW and I promise to visit and comment!
Until the next time,

What's the series you are currently into so much, you do not find the time to start the Chicagoland Vampire series? I can always use a good book recommendation! :) Oh and if you ever come around reading them I'd love to know what you think.

With the speed I'm going trough the dark-hunter books I won't take long. I'll let you know if I like them.
